Returns & Exchanges

Risk-Free Returns for orders before September 30, 2025

For all orders placed before September 30, 2025, we’re offering:

  • No Questions Asked Returns

  • Free Prepaid Return Shipping Label

  • Return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery


📦 Standard Return Policy for orders placed After September 30, 2025

We want you to love your Minori Leather purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy.

 


🗓 Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

 


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, and in its original condition.

 


🎁 Holiday Returns

Items purchased as gifts between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 10.

 


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error

  • If a package is refused or returned to an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, and in its original condition.

 


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about your refund status.
Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for both defective items and change of mind (such as color or style preferences), as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

To request an exchange, email us at sales@minorileather.com with your order number and the item you'd like to receive in exchange. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

 


🚫 Used or Damaged Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or packaging

  • Items returned in a condition not caused by our error

 


📦 Lost Items

If your item is lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement.
We do not issue refunds for items lost during shipping.

 


🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will go to the original payment method
