The Look & Feel

Our signature leather begins as full-grain cowhide, the highest-quality layer of the hide, prized for its durability and natural grain. It is then enriched with a proprietary blend of oils and waxes, creating the distinctive oil pull-up effect.

When the leather bends, folds, or stretches, the oils shift within the surface, revealing subtle variations in tone. Creases, scuffs, and marks don’t diminish it—they become part of its story. Over time, the leather develops a rich, burnished patina that is unique to its owner.

The Craft

Our leather is tanned in Kolkata’s long-standing workshops, where generations of artisans continue to practice slow, hands-on methods with remarkable care.

Each hide is shaped through a process that includes:

Drum-dyeing in small batches for deep, even colour
Natural drying and hand-conditioning to preserve oils and softness
Water-conscious effluent treatment aligned with modern environmental standards*

Every hide is individually inspected, finished, and cut—honouring a craft tradition built on patience, skill, and pride.

Chestnut – warm, heritage-rich brown with amber undertones
Brown – deep chocolate, classic and quietly rugged

These colours are intentionally timeless, gender-neutral, and made to evolve with years of use.
